What will I receive?
You will receive a verifiable digital PDF letter signed by a medical professional and sent directly to your mobile, containing the following details:
Your child’s name and date of birth.
A statement confirming that your child is in good health and fit to travel.

A photo of your child’s passport
Your child’s completed online medical form
Your child’s digital Summary Health Record
A 30-second to 1-minute video explaining why your child needs the certificate
The name of your workplace and the type of work you do
Details of your child’s regular NHS GP (if you have one)
